I received a robo-call threatening to have me ""arrest"" if I don't call back. I'm guessing these (poor) fraudsters will claim to be from the IRS or Social Security Administration. An obvious fraud.
I have received a call from this number yesterday and again today at 10:42 am. It appears to be a automated voice. It stated that if I do not call back with given number ""they"" would send an arrest warrant and have me arrested. I did not respond. Yesterday, I deleted the message left and today I just hung up.
Digital Voicemail (with bad grammar) left a message about a legal case filed against my name. Stated if I did not call them back, they would issue an arrest warrant an ""get me"" arrested. Did not answer.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 11/10/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
