Number shows up as 336 area code with a woman's name on the caller ID, but when I answer a woman gives a totally different name than the caller ID and says she is on a recorded line. She then asks for my daughter, who is grown with her own phone number. I tell her she is not available and she asks to have her call back, again giving a name that is not what showed up on the caller ID. She also gives an 800 number instead of the 336 area code on the caller ID.

When I answered my phone this afternoon, the man asked for me by name. As I always do, I asked who he was first. When he said the call was about a personal business matter, I acknowledged that I was ""so&so"" and asked what he wanted. He again said that this was a personal business matter. So I replied that I had already told him who I was and if he chose not to tell me why he was calling then I was just going to hang up. Oddly enough, he said ""Okay, ma'am"", so I just hung up. Too strange for me and I have no doubt that it was not a trustworthy call.
