I read the BBB negative customer comments about the business this phone is attached to and put it on call block. Suspiciously, they are located very near another business on Richmond Ave in Houston which deals in dental and visual insurance and are dragging their feet to cover a claim but promptly collect the premiums. What's happening deep in the heart of Texas? Does the Texas Attorney General routinely review the BBB complaints about the businesses on Richmond AVE in Houston?
