The call is a recording saying that your card will be charged x amount of dollars for some purchase. Tells you to call back to cancel. If you call back the voicemail is full. My guess is they earn a fee for every returned call.
I would receive this phone number 3463538320 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
