I got a call from this number 12/7/20 4:36pm CT - I did answer for some reason. It was a recorded message stating they are contacting me for SS fraud purposes and to call them back before they move forward with charges. It provided a number, but I did not write it down.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 12/7/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
