left no message, was rejected when tried to call back
I received a call from the number. It was an automated voice on the other end telling me my phone number was listed in a file of someone under DCF surveillance . They were calling to tell me that there is a scam going on and that since my number is listed that I shouldn't meet with anyone and never give money. It asked me to confirm that I received the message by pressing #8. I hung up because my number is associated with anyone under DCF surveillance.
Yesterday 1/7/2021 the number 4044967729 phoned me several times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important.
