This number called me saying my Orlando Utility Commission was about to be cut off in 30 minutes. I do not even have an OUC account. When I pressed 1 as requested, this goofball guy answered and put me on an extended hold. When he finally answered it didn't sound like any professional office, more like a speaker phone in a car with a terrible echo. When I asked questions, he just hung up.
