From Amazon customer service.: Well it was just a suspicious caller. Amazon would only get in touch with you if they have contacted you via email stating the reason of the call. I just checked the account everything is fine, and it is absolutely secured. be rest assured. I actually called the number back and spoke to someone who was very rude and said if I didn't follow his instructions then I would pay $999 for an iPhone 11. I hung up.
