This number called me and asked for a name that was adjacent to my own, sounded like a boiler room operation. They called four times in a row and came up as a scam number on my phone. I answered the fourth time, they did not provide a name and only asked for a vaguely similar sounding name to my own. When I asked to confirm the name they were calling they just hung up.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 11/14/2019 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
