call from this number 2-3 times last week, most recently on June 10, labeled potential scam. Tried calling number back today, message says call cannot be completed as dialed.

When an unknown number like the one 4132616932 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
