just called today (4:19 pm). someone with a very thick accent left the phone number above in a voicemail, saying that i must verify last 4 numbers of my social security number to better assist me with this matter and that an arrest warrant would be issued if i don't respond

Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 8/20/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
