I made the mistake of calling the number back. Even though they sound very legitimate, I did not give personal info. Next day I get an alert from monitoring service that my phone number has just appeared on the dark web. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!!!

Claimed to be Blue Shield. Knew my name. The automated recording asked me to state my birthdate as an identity confirmation. I hung up at that point.
