I wood like to thank Anthony for all his help I called INFORMATION RESEARCH SPECIALIST about this number and found out the truth .It’s a forwarding app so my husband calls are not found on his cell phone bill. So I put a plan in to action and got the proof its been going on for over 9 months him and his secretary, I found out she was married and called here husband and showed him the files of here and my husband kissing at some park and having dinner with her at some restaurant. I don't know how many times this number 4164912419 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week 11/19/2020. In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday and today in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. That's why I think it is a telemarketer.
