Apparently, I am not the only one to be threatened with arrest. It was a voice mail left which I still have. I never returned the call. My phone has it marked as potential spam

This number called me this morning but I don't remember my phone ringing. Looked at voice mail later and saw the message to call back. It was a female recorded message. I called it back and a gentleman with a heavy Indian accent answered. He said a law suit had been filed with my name on it and he was wanting to explain what was going on. I told him to go ahead and read the law suit. Before he began to read it he wanted to verify my social security number and my date of birth. I told him that I don't give that info out on the phone. We argued a bit and he threatened me with arrest. I told him to send the cops to where I was and that I would be here all day. We argued a bit more and then he hung up. Sound like a scam to me.

Received a call this morning. I didn’t answer. It left a robo message that I was in a lawsuit and to call this number immediately or be arrested. I’m not calling them back. Sure it’s a BS scam call.
