Received a call today just like the previous person stated. Told me there was fraud involving my SS# in Georgia. Again a thick Indian accent.
Left two messages claiming to be from the Social Security Administration. They said there was fraud involving me ""in the state of Geeorgeea"", in a VERY THICK INDIAN accent. They wanted me to contact them (on my dime, no less) to get this straightened out... No thanks. Pretty sure the Social Security Administration doesn't outsource their calls to a call center in India!
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 4/29/2020
