I received this same robot call today; must be a new scam, since multiple people received this call on the same day. SS contacts you by mail in your mailbox in front of your house, not by a phone bot. I certainly never called it back, just deleted it, but I'm pretty sure that if you do call the number, there will be a person asking for incredibly sensitive personal and financial information, account numbers of various types connected to your SS account, bank account, debit card numbers and so forth. It's just another attempt by another group to make their living by destroying yours, so if you don't know who's calling, hang up and if you get a voicemail robot that isn't your doctor's office asking to change an appointment, just delete the voicemail and go on with your world.
The message from this number says: ""Kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number before we begin with the legal proceedings that is 425-256-4501 | repeat 425-256-4501 thank you"" Pretty sure this is a SCAM - trying to tell me that the SS Office notifying me that I have fraudulent charges that have been made against my SSN and that they are taking me to court but given me the changes to contact them prior to doing so - just be aware that they will ask for computer access, banking information. Let me tell you I'm on the fraud list already and your bank will not give out your information as YOU should not! SS Office will not contact you on the phone either you have to make an appointment to see them. So don't be SCAMMED by these foreigners that are trying to gain access to your accounts!!!
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 6/25/2020
