Vital Recovery Services Debt Collector may be likely 'Caller.' I have advised them of their need to educate themselves on Title 18 United States Code. Title 18 Section 1961 - RICO Act - Prohibits use of Wires, Wireless, and TV to attempt to collect an unlawful debt.
The number 4433299011 phoned me 2 times this morning. When I answered the phone, they hung up. I tried to call back and find out what they wanted but the number wasn't recognised. They didn't leave any phone message. Maybe it's a telemarketer
