Received a call from 458-230-5156 at 11:24 AM PDT on 8/31/20. The voice recording indicated an inmate at the Shutter Creek Correctional Institution (95200 Shutters Landing Lane, North Bend, OR 97459) was trying to contact me. I don't know anyone in prison (or at least hope I don't) and the prisoner said their name so quickly on the recording that I couldn't understand it.
