This is actually a tool used by a debt collector Cavalry Portfolio Services, which is also a tactic used by the original owner of the debt Citibank. The robo insurance calls are actually all illegal debt collection tactics to see if people answer the phone. The people using this tactic are going to be placed in federal prison by the time I am done initiating an investigation by state and federal governments.
Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 3/16/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
