Received a phone call AT WORK this morning. So glad it was me that answered instead of the person who did as we arent aloud personal phone calls. Told me that their is a judgement against me & since I have avoided phone calls & emails it was going to the judge in the next couple of days & I would be served papers at my home & work. I asked who was making the judgement he stated it was Liberty Cash Loans. I never heard of them. He told me that part didnt matter that I need to settle up now or papers are being served. When I asked how much was this so called loan he said he didnt have the answer BUT I am to settle up now or ruin my credit, my job, etc. because of this judgement against me. Strange he doesnt know how much the loan is but I am to settle up now. If they call my work again I can be in trouble for it as we are not aloud phone calls. You get so many written up you get to go home without pay. Don't know what to do and I never heard of Liberty Cash Loans. People need to go to work instead of scamming people in their late 60's for money.
Received voicemail-automated, saying they are from the processing division. They requested I call back with my address and place of employment and if I don’t, I will be forfeiting my rights to deal with this matter out of court. They gave me a case number and referred to the party that has a case against me as a client. Don’t believe it!!
Odd, I tried to call back this number, but when I get to voicemail it says the mailbox is full.
