To avoid legal action. Definite spam caller or debt collector using illegal tactics. I found this is someone trying to collect a zombie debt. Block number and don't fall for scam, if they wish to collect debt, they will mail letter, not call and leave threat message especially if they have not verified your information.
I don't know how many times this number 4692575494 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week 11/18/2020. In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday and today in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. That's why I think it is a telemarketer.
