I received a call from this phone number saying it was Capital One Credit card company wanting me to call them back from a different phone number if I was interested in lowering my interest rate. I don’t think so!
Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 11/5/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
