Have been receiving messages like this for some time. Pre-recorded voice mail, phone did not ever ring. Same message as others have noted about owning a house near mine and needs to talk to me urgently because.... This really should not be legal.
Robo call. Came up on caller ID as Unknown Caller, but the voicemail had a number attached to it. Voicemail said, “Hey I apologize for calling out of the blue like this my name my name is Catherine and I own a property just not too far from your house so I'm just really trying to get a hold of you and it's really kind of important for you to get back to me because…” then it cuts off to make you think it’s someone in your neighborhood and it might be an emergency.
The early morning call Rang once then went straight to voice message with no chance to answer.
