I just received this SCAM call....did not give my name or my state but did say it was a pre trial issue....I have no issues with the state nor do I have any legal issues pending....I did not respond...BE CAREFUL!!
Stated they would be filing a complaint but very vague. Here is the transcript. I’m betting it’s a fishing trip from a debt collector. Transcript: “This is a pretrial service division we have a ______ ___ to be _________ out in your state you're listed as the primary subject in this complaint it is imperative that you were your legal counsel contact our office immediately at 469-638-6008 again 469-638-6008 without a response the client will proceed with the allegations against you and you should drop in yourself accordingly good luck…”
Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 3/18/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
