After asking my job related preference then a follow-up email was sent "We provide exceptional training and project possibilities for the following technologies and tools: · Business Analyst. Skill-enhancement industrial training program for deserving and chosen candidates: There will be an online pre-employment skill-upgrading program led by experienced corporate mentors. This training will be centered on the duties and responsibilities you will assume if you are assigned to a project. After completion of training, we will provide you with project help, and upon successful completion, you will join a project at the client's site or remotely, depending on the project's feasibility. After completing this class, you will receive a Training Completion Certificate from our organization. We do not bind you to a contract or bond at any time because we charge you an upfront fee of $700 for your training and development, which essentially acts as a security deposit as it will be returned back to you if you are selected and engaged in a project with our client only, lasting for a minimum of 6 months with your first salary when you join our client's project."
