Stalker / Social Security scammer. Will not stop calling. "Social Security will pay my mortage payment if I call and give my SS number, birthdate, and address." Calls from other numbers including 478-226-8656, 478-226-8952, 478-226-7429, 478-226-7057, 478-226-7059. My cell phone number has been on "FTC do not call list" since 2003.
