GOT A CALL FROM KAITLYN FROM CONSUMER COLLECTIONS - INDICATING I OWED $397.12 FOR LAB WORK IN APRIL 2018 - I TOLD HER I HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT - SHE SAID I WAS SENT 3 BILLS IN THE MAIL - TOLD HER THAT WAS A BOLD FACE LIE - I DO NOT IGNORE MY BILLS. ASKED HER WHAT DR AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION DUE TO ""PRIVACY LAWS"" - WHAT?????????????? ASKED WHO THE TEST WAS FOR AND SHE HAD MY DATE OF BIRTH/ADDRESS/SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. KAITLYN INDICATED A SED RATE TEST IS NOT COVERED BUT EVERYTHING 3 YEARS - TOLD HER I WAS OFF THE NEXT DAY AND WOULD RESEARCH MY EOB - I HAD THEM FROM 2018 - I SPEND MOST OF MY DAY OFF ORGANIZING MY EOB AND CALLING DRS. TO SEE IF THEY ORDERED LAB WORK - A SED RATE HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED. I THEN DECIDED TO GOOGLE THE PHONE NUMBER AND ALL KINDS OF COMPLAINTS THAT THIS IS A SCAM. I HAVE SINCE FROZEN MY ACCOUNT WITH ALL CREDIT BUREAUS. WATCH OUT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE ARE VERY VERY VERY CONVINCING. I DID CALL THEM BACK AND BASICALLY TOLD THEM OFF AND I WAS ON TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DEBBIE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SAID A FEW THINGS I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM A WOMAN'S MOUTH IN SOME TIME.

Received a call from 480-573-8225 this morning on 2-20-2020 asking for payment on a past due medical debt. I have not had any dealings with this medical company but was informed this had been out sourced and I needed to pay. This was not a valid claim and when they quoted me the wrong house address, they hung up.

Received a call from 480-573-8225 this morning (9:37am pst on 1/21/20) indicating they were from Consumer Collection and were collecting a $371.55 debt from a medical lab test by US Diagnostics dated 3/21/18. The charge was indicated as being one of three tests that had not been covered by my insurance. The person had my correct address and indicated that I had been sent multiple requests for payment in the mail, which I contested. After I indicated that I needed to check my records she said I should call back right away at the same number and ask for Jackie. After I verified I had no insurance EOBs matching the claim I called back but was not given the opportunity to talk to Jackie. The person who answered the phone indicated that I had to pay immediately and that they had no other information on the charge, and that the charge date they indicated could be anywhere from 3 months before to 3 months after the actual treatment date. I asked how she could expect anyone to just pay without providing any proof that the charge was valid, and she just said if I didn't pay now they would add an additional $35 processing fee and contact the three credit bureaus regarding my delinquency. I then hung up.

Called about a supposed unpaid medical lab bill which I did not incur. Said they were collecting for U.S Diagnostic Laboratories which I could not find. I had no medical appointments or lab work done at the stated time. Very abusive and sounds like a complete scam.

Someone called me from 1–480 -573 -8225. They did not leave a message but I called them back. Set it all them $390 for lab work from March 2018. I began to question and requested to speak to supervisor. I tried to get the doctors name to locate more information but they said they did not have a doctors name. She was condescending and said they would turn it into the courts and ruin my credit for seven years.I double checked my insurance claims and nothing is recorded for that date nor did my doctor see me. I’ve contacted the BBB

bunch of frauds - claimed they couldn't provide doctors name only had medical license so I said no problem I can look that up and was provided with a totally bogus number.......and when I threatened to go after him, he hung up. Imagine that.

They claimed to be collecting a 300 dollar debt for lab work that I did not have done. They tried to get me give my debit card number to resolve it. Total scam.

Someone called me from the number 4805738225 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
