Got called from 509-587-3266, Washington State, I'm in CO...I called back and they said they were the Social Security Administration. They started phishing for my info, I told them they were liars, they hung up. I called them again and told them they were liars and that I could here their boiler room in the background. He hung up again. SSA will never call you. They will send a letter on their letterhead with a name and a number of who to contact, if there are any questions about a claim, and from a local office.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 9/23/2020
