I received two call from this number on a Sunday. Second time they rang, I picked up the phone. I could hear some noise in the background and then was disconnected. Not sure if it was a telemarketer or a politimarketer.
Yesterday the number 5097760658 phoned me a few times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important. Probably telemarketer with another ad or an invitation.
