I got an email from "GeekSquad" saying how there was a $323.23 subscription that was going to be renewed today and I had to call this number to cancel it. I have never had a subscription with "GeekSquad". This is a fishing scam trying to obtain information by asking you to call back to cancel the subscription. Don't call back.
A got an email from "GeekSquad" saying how there was a $300 subscription that was going to be renewed today and I had to call this number to cancel it. I have never subscribed to GeekSquad to begin with, so I knew it was already bullshitting me. The email did not look like an official one either, in fact it was just a generic name followed by a bunch of random letters. When I called no one picked up on the other side. Definitely a scam of some sort.
I would receive this phone number 5103232651 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number since my phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
