I too have gotten the $399.00 spiel several times over the last few weeks.
Calling stating that my checking or plastic was going to be charged to answer ok ifI confirm transaction or call back to speak with customer service. This was a recording they left. Blocked number. I know everybody I have authorized to debit my account, don’t fall for this

No idea what transaction is since apparently their message began before phone began recording. Only one phone call received 12/18/2020 9:22 am North TX area. Number was blocked as Potential Scam.
Yesterday 12/13/2020 the number 5109493463 phoned me several times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important.
