42 second voice-mail, with coughing in the first few seconds... 2nd of 3rd call. No other voicemails. My assumption is a telemarketer who didn't realize they were on a call.
I picked up but no one responded so I am assuming that it is some form of auto-connect on voice system, I had music in background which may have confused it. No idea yet if it is nuisance sales type call or criminal spam, will report if it calls again.
