Called late this morning. Caller ID said ""360Connect"" (who?). My husband picked up and hung up, so no message left. When I looked up the name, it's some business in Texas that seems to be involved with logistics/trucking that we have had no interaction with before -- and the number on their website was an 800 #. So sent them a message saying ""Uh, you might have gotten spoofed....""
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 3/2/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
