They said I was entitled to a refund because the service has been closed down. They wanted me to access m computer to start refund process. I asked them to just provide the website to me so I could complete this at my leisure. He stated he was unable to provide me with this information it had to go through him. I said I would have my daughter call him and he stated if I didn't want the refund that was alright with him. I asked that he call be back later today, I now have no plans of answering the phone when he calls back!

I got a call from this number saying of I want to cancel subscription press 1 or call. I called and they said it was for my microsoft subscription. Which I dont have. Then I said yeah cancel it he said turn your computer on. I said, I dont have it with me. He hung up. I asked him of you know I have this subscription you should know my name.
