5-21-22 3:15pm Presents itself as Duke Energy in a robo voice. Told me my service was going to be disconnected in the next 10 mins & to press another button to reach a human. I ended the call & did not try dialing back. I checked my Duke bill on-line & it is not due or past due. Duke billing dept is closed on Saturday so no human was available.
