This phone contacted me and left me a voice mail. Saying hello and to call them back. If is unknown I will not answer I believe is a scam.
This is a legit number from the NY State Dept of Health. They called me back one day after I called them and left my number requesting a COVID test.
This number is legit. I finally answered it, after not answering 4 calls in the same day. It was a return call from the department of health to set up an appointment to get tested for COVID-19. I set up the appointment through them and when I arrived at the time and place of the appointment, they had my information and I had the test. This is not a scammer. It is a legitimate and an important call
