Got a call from this number on October 19th 2020. Left voicemail stating there was a case against me and to call them back to take care of the matter or they would get an arrest warrant to arrest me. So call them back or I will be arrested.

In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
