I called this number back, and their automated message said the company is Central Valley House Buyers. I googled them, and I don't trust it at all. Also, the voicemail that was left -- someone on another phone number reporting site uploaded the voicemail they received. I played mine at the same time as theirs, and it's the same exact message. They're just sending out a recording to everyone, however they do that. That to me is very deceiving, and anyone should steer clear.
