Received a call from this number today at 1:10 p.m. asking to speak to Bruce. The man had accent and I told him he had the wrong number and he said ""sorry"".
Robocall scam. Ignore it.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 10/14/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
