Fake construction company do not talk to them they are scammers they prey on senior citizens to scam them out of their property block this number immediately
I called the number and after seven rings there was no answer. I blocked it.

The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
