Over the last few weeks, we've received several calls from a woman who wants to discuss the supply charges on our electric bill and provides us with a reference number, the last one being E001616. She never mentions the company she's representing, our names, or provides any information indicating that this is a legitimate call. We've never received notices by mail from our electric company to inform us of any issues with billing or services. No message turn up on our account when we log in. I strongly suspect this is either a scam or another utility company trying to get out business.
