Falsely Claims to be "MVP" scheduling an "At home Wellness check", but this is false. MVP is managed medicaid for my disability based long term home care services but this caller not MVP and was not hired by MVP and is actually a vendor called Matrix Medical Network- they take over your Case Management in total like as if you have dementia. Sketchy.
