Do not answer. It is a robo call. It called me today and represented itself as a call from FBI! What a scam!!!!!

I got a call from this number earlier today. It sounds like a robocall because my answering service only caught the latter half of it, so it started going through its script before being directed to voicemail. The message itself was garbled and difficult to understand, but the gist of it was ""please call this other number before we start legal proceedings"". I have no idea what this is regarding to, and I strongly suspect this is a scam to scare people into calling the number they supply in the message, and then extract whatever information they want from them.
