This is a scam caller pretending to be a company called ""Recon Logistics."" I contacted Recon Logistics and they are aware of a scammer using their name. The calls are dead air for 30 seconds and then it hangs up. These calls happen up to 10 times a day. Our business phone provider refuses to block the number. Shameful people!
