The Surrey RCMP Dept. is criminally incompetent, I have a new neighbor from Ecuador who has had parties lasting all night long, I have complained to the city as well placing calls to the RCMP Dept. but they never showed up, this year the same thing occurred and I video recorded it (over tens hours of it) have also recorded other incidents that I will use to sue the city and the RCMP for negligence and dereliction of their duties.
Surrey RCMP detachment was reported as one of the most corrupted detachments in Canada, I betcha provincial court next door too
