I have not been arrested for any crime and have no idea how they got my name. Then about three days later the same number called and I was away. The message said this is your second and final warning. Avoidance of this call can be reason for you to go before a magistrate or grand jury for federal crimes. It does not sound like a real person on the recording. I avoided. I have not been arrested for any crime. I have never been to Sioux Falls S.D. where this call originated from.
