It a scam I went to my local social security office and they told me it was an scam that I did good on check with them .
Number called and left a robo message that there was suspicious activity with my SSN (not identified, of course) and threatening legal action if I did not call back. Pretty certain it is a Phishing attempt for SSNs and names but I have no desire to call them back to test the theory!
