called me August 14th 2020, told me they had motions to file criminal charges and had my info on my bank and were I worked. It was for an account that was charged off years ago and included in a chapter 13 BK. I made the caller so mad, that he hung up on me. It was totally a fraudulent scam!

Message I received said This is a pretrial service division and it was imperative for my legal counsel or myself contact the office immediately as a order from my state would be taking action today if no response. I have no clue and I will not call back as I feel this is another scam.
