I think this is a robotic scam call. When I answered, a recorded female voice stated that she was calling representing the Social Security Administration and that legal action was about to be taken against me from that office. She requested that I call back immediately to begin addressing these legal ramifications concerning fraud and other crimes. I will not call them back. If the SSA really wants to reach out to me with legal proceedings they will do so via some sort of mail process with written documentation.
When an unknown number like the one 6123248790 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
