This number is what one respondent said, a call that states it is free from an inmate in the Rutherford County Jail. It’s not to say someone isn’t calling you to scam you. Glad we answered because someone we know did get arrested and needed help (we checked it out to be sure of course lol). So, it could be a scam or a legit call all at the same time. Hope this info helps someone too
voice mail message stated in was a free call from an inmate in rutherford county jail and used my sons name. Told to press 5 if I wanted to continue call and etc. I called my son and he was at home and had not been in jail. I bet they were going to ask for money to get him out of jail.
